Xcelerator Programmer |
| Features
of the PPE Xcelerator include up to an additional 425hp,
ten levels of power settings, top speed limiter removal, and three
levels of transmission level tunning ( aggressive, smooth and stock
transmission). It also defules for upshifts and down shifts in order
to allow transmission to engage into next hear without the need for
extreme transmission modifications. This unit also retains the stock
program so that the truck can be put back to the original settings
if the need arises.
In
addition to being an all-star in the world of performance, the Xcelerator
is also capable of reading and clearing Data Trouble Codes (DTC)
through the OBD II port.
Program levels
1 thru 10 will remove fuel (defuel) from engine during shifts as
needed to keep an un-modified transmission from slipping.
In only a few
moments of time your truck will experience greater horsepower and
torque, plus gain fuel mileage without sacrificing OEM reliability.

Warranty General Information
All Pacific Performance Engineering products have a limited warranty
against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase required. This limited warranty does not include
rust, normal wear and tear and is void if product shows evidence of
misuse, abuse, accident, collision, road hazard, improper installation
and / or maintenance or modification. This warranty does not cover
cost of removal, installation, shipping or other incidental charges.
This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the product
only at the discretion of Pacific Performance Engineering. All warranty
issues must be accompanied by original sales receipt and shipping
charges prepaid.
PPE
(Pacific Performance Engineering) Mission Statement
Pacific Performance Engineering (PPE) is leading the way in electronic
high performance diesel technologies for Chevy, Ford
and Dodge. Founded in 1985 as a Diesel performance
facility we quickly found new ways to improve upon the factory platforms.
As technology increased so did our need to explore other options of
developing power. In 2001 we brought the Duramaximizer to the market.
This product was a first and it is still used today to make the fuel
system more efficient on the Duramax Diesel LB7.
We quickly learned that efficiency of the engine could be increased
by raising the fuel rail pressure and increasing the pulse width and
rate. Today there are many corporations experimenting with the benefits
of increased fuel pressure. So far the results have been very beneficial
and include increased power, mileage, reliability, lower exhaust gas
temperatures, and overall efficiency.
It has always been at the top of PPE’s agenda to supply power
and torque, and to do so in a way that enhances the OEM operations
rather than hinder the natural operations of the vehicle. We achieve
these goals by staying within OEM tolerances and also by utilizing
the very best in electronic materials available.
After several decades, PPE is still recognized as a leader in Diesel
Performance and has been developing new power enhancements for the
Duramax LLY platform. We also have innovated products for both the
Ford Power Stroke and Dodge Cummins.
We did not stop with just one great product; our
continued pursuit into the world of diesel performance has enabled
us to develop more horsepower and torque through our continued engineering
developments. The most effective means of gathering more horsepower
and torque comes by altering the factory computer software. Not
only do we develop a lot of power, but we also offer customers the
features that they find most beneficial. For instance our Xcelerator
allows people to make corrections for tire sizes, gear changes,
rev limiters, and top speed governors.
Today
there are many possibilities in the world of diesel performance.
General Motors, Ford and Dodge have all taken steps to develop strong
reliable diesel engines, and their improvements are highly noted.
However, we develop power, performance, fuel mileage, and modern
