Cognito 210-91026 CV Driveshaft (For 7-12" Lift) is a direct bolt in driveline that is made in the USA. Made for 7-9 inch and 10-12 inch lifts on 2017-2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD Duramax. 

This kit features a 1310 series double cardan CV and includes the Cognito Allison Transmission Bracket.

Note: Part 110-90278 Shift linkage relocation bracket is required if truck is equipped with six speed manual Allison transmission.
