Product Details

Product Name: AirDog Raptor 4G Lift Pump - 150GPH - 94-98 Dodge Cummins
Manufacturer: AirDog
Manufacturer Part #: R4SBD051
Thoroughbred Diesel Part #: PFTR4SBD051
Fitment Notes: 1994-1998 Dodge Cummins 5.9L

A lift pump system is a must have for your 1994-1998 5.9L 12V Cummins. This AirDog Raptor RP-4G 150GPH R4SBD051 is the non-filtered line of lift pumps that AirDog offers but still packs a big punch! The fuel system on your Cummins is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This low pressure Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system, the suction line connects to the factory suction fitting on top of the fuel module, and the pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame back by the fuel cooler making install quick and easy. The AirDog Raptor RP-4G 150GPH is internally regulated and does not require a return line.

This low pressure Cummins lift pump will solve the infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. By supplying your injection pump with fuel, rather than your injection pump doing most of the work pulling the fuel up from the tank. This positive supply being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. Resulting in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy.

This AirDog Raptor RP-4G 150GPH Cummins lift pump is recommended for trucks that have mild fuel system and tuning upgrades. Backed by a lifetime warranty.

  • So I'm doing raptor 4g airdog ..and I want to do away with lift pump and prescreen and fuel heater completely..i know I need a inline filter..would that go before water in fuel filter..between pump and water in fuel?and what one would u recommend..thanks

An inline filter is not needed with the frame mounted Raptor as they have an inlet screen.  If you want to do away with the factory filter then I would suggest doing a 4G Airdog if you haven’t purchases already.

  • Looking for a lift pump to supply fuel to 671 turbo Detroit’s fuel will be pushed to mechanical pumps on motors. What is your suggestions?

What is the needed supply pressure for those pumps?  These Raptors can usually push up to 40 psi on some models,  but we do have class 8 offerings too.  Give us a call at 866 737 4966
