The BD-Power Ported T6 Exhaust Manifold for your 1998-2007 Dodge Cummins features a larger runner sizes for enhanced flow and a T6 flange to mount your aftermarket turbocharger. For maximum and increased flow this manifold is casted with ports and runners that match the inlet gasket within 0.03". It's built-in heat expansion joints prevent cracking and the heavy cast HiSi Ductile Iron retains heat energy and is coated with high temperature black. The center mounted turbo flange is angled at an optimum 20° rather than 40º and helps with mounting S400, S500 and other larger turbochargers.

Wastegated Models

New T4, T6 Waste Gated 3 Piece 'Ported' Exhaust Manifold With Pulse Scavenging Flow Design. High performance, high RPM 5.9L engines benefit from better cylinder exhaust evacuation to keep EGTs down.

The "Combustion Pulse" that assists flow remains constant with the W/G valve closed and improves turbo response. Machined for use with Turbo Smart 45mm Hyper Gate.

Block off plate and clamp provided.

Gate port area is 1.67 sq. in., 33% of T4, 12% of T6 inlet

Pre-drilled and tapped to 1/8" NPT for pyrometer probe installation

Precision cast and machined from Hi Ductile Iron with 20 degree turbo mounting flange

Finished with a Black high heat protective coating
