Carli Suspension's CS-DFEU-1419 Front End Upgrade Kit for Dodge Ram 3500 trucks is a great suspension upgrade to help drivability and stability issues while tackling the notorious "death wobble" commonly found on Ram models. The suspension components included in this kit is an adjustable front track bar, a replacement steering stabilizer and heavy duty ball joints.

The track bar is a critical component beneath the front end of a heavy-duty truck, and our upgrade addresses common front-end issues, including the "Death Wobble." The Adjustable Track Bar is designed to center the axle on leveled/lifted Rams, improving steering input and reducing deflection compared to the stock bar. It features a 1.5" OD, 3/8" wall tube, a 7/8" FK Bearing chromoly race heim joint, and a 7/8" FK Bearing Uniball, all contributing to exceptional strength and durability.

The Carli Stabilizer (low mount), with an internal floating piston (IFP), prevents cavitation for superior damping function. Its construction includes a Stainless Steel body, Machined Billet Aluminum Rod ends, and a hardened Black Nitride Shaft. The nitrogen chamber is adjustable from 70psi to 200psi, providing customization options for correcting tire-pull. This stabilizer replaces the factory stabilizer for a substantial upgrade.

The Carli Extreme Duty Upper and Lower Ball Joints for the Ram 3500 are ultra high-quality ball joints that offer significant front-end improvements for your truck, ensuring lasting durability and enhanced performance. The design features a floating King-Pin upper with smart enhancements, including contact between the "hat" of the pin and the housing for lateral load distribution and fail-safe measures. The larger upper cavity allows for increased grease capacity, and a threaded cap provides easy access and servicing through the zerk fitting. The lower ball joints are equally impressive, featuring a recessed Zerk fitting, channels for grease migration, and a bronze wear surface, all without the need for liners.
