Carli Suspension CS-FLVL-EV25-17 3.5 inch E-Venture lift system for the Ford F250 / F350 4wd diesel models is a ultra premium lift kit that will lift your vehicle enough to fit up to 37 inch x 12.5 inch tires (w/trimming).

Step into the future with the revolutionary E-Venture system. With input from both an engine-mounted sensor and factory sensors through the OBDII port, this system anticipates the driver's needs. Its in-cab "Brain" employs a proprietary algorithm to process this data, resulting in an astounding 250 terrain analyses per second. This electronic marvel allows the E-Venture System to excel across all terrains: on-road, off-road, gravel, rutted paths, and even unmaintained lease roads. It goes beyond the norm, extending the capabilities of a 2.5" Shock to redefine your ride quality.

E-Venture highlights:

1. Improved Ride Quality: Carli tuned SDI Eclik 2.5" shock absorbers significantly improve ride quality and handling of the vehicle by adapting to various terrains, such as on-road, off-road, gravel, rutted roads, and more. This adaptability enhances the overall driving experience.
2. In-Cab Touch Screen Controller: The custom SDI touch screen controller allows you to select the drive mode (Mountain, Street, Desert or Pro). Pro Mode allows for further refinement like Pitch, Roll, Brake, Throttle and Steering Response.
3. Frequency of Processing: Processes terrain data an impressive 250 times per second. This high frequency of processing enables it to rapidly adapt to changing road conditions.
4. Versatility: Excels across a variety of road conditions, making it suitable for on-road and off-road driving, as well as on different types of surfaces like gravel or poorly maintained roads.

Also included in this lift kit system are 3.5 inch lift front coil springs that have a slightly reduced linear rate for better ride comfort. Paired with the coil springs are the Carl / SDI Eclik 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks. These custom Carli SDI shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 2.5 inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions.

To keep the front axle centered properly an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion this bar has features that are not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allow for use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a huge 1" shank.

Completing the front-end enhancements, this package incorporates Caster Shims to enhance steering responsiveness. Additionally, a custom High-Clearance Bump Stop Drop is provided to ensure the springs maintain proper clearance from the factory bump stop.

In the rear Carli gives you variety of choices to lift or not lift the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear, however for a level ride you will want to choose between the Carli progressive rate 1" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 1" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec.
