This SES Suspension Upgrade fits the front suspension of a Ford F-450 & F550 pickup or cab & chassis truck. Each laser cut piece of steel is precision welded and powder-coated to ensure a quality fit. We've engineered our hollow rubber springs to deliver a progressive spring rate. In other words, the more weight that pushes down on the rubber springs (weight from a snowplow or heavy aftermarket accessories - such as a steel bumper) the harder they work to prevent front-end sag. FF550SDE replaces the bumpstops on the front suspension of the 2005-2020 Ford F-450 Super Duty and F-550 Super Duty cab and chassis models. This kit is rated at 8000 lbs capacity. Even though you're increasing the spring rate by adding this upgrade, this does not increase the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating).
