Sometimes, the elephant in the room must be addressed. This is one of those times. The OEM hose and couplers are absolutely god awful to look at, just admit it. We are all thinking it. Once the truck has a turbo, piping kit, and all the other looks/performance goodies installed, this piece just sticks out like a sore thumb. So, it's time to fix that. No longer will a 6.7 engine bay be cursed by this monstrosity.

Starting with a piece of 2" 304SS tubing, it gets CNC mandrel bent in house. No welds or seems to stress over. From there, on the engine side, a chunk of Billet AL gets cut out in the 5 Axis CNC to perfectly accept OEM Thermostats, gasket, and hardware. This coupler will have a machined end to accent a silicone boot that connects it to the SS hose. Moving on to the Radiator end of this equation, there's another perfectly machined billet AL coupler. The radiator side will retain the factory O-ring and three sided clip sealing system to perfectly secure itself to the radiator, and it will also have a machined end to accept another silicone boot to attach to the SS hose.

The AL couplers will be raw machine finish. From there, the SS Hose can either be left in a RAW stainless finish, or it can be powdercoated to match (or contrast if you're feeling edgy) the rest of your engine bay!
