Valair's NMU70263-SFC OEM Replacement Clutch with Flywheel for 1994-1998 Ford 7.3L w/5 Speed Powerstroke offers you a solution to replacing the OEM clutch in your stock or lightly modified pickup. Aftermarket organic clutches are generally better than the OEM clutch you get from your dealer. This is due to the better quality materials used, the quality of the manufacturing process, and QC. This clutch is best suited to trucks without or only minor power modifications. Good for light towing at stock HP levels.

Note: This clutch kit replaces the 11" dual mass flywheel. Some trucks WILL have addition noise "gear rollover" when converting to the solid flywheel.

    Yes, I would go with a solid flywheel conversion.

    Valair Inc. warrants that our Performance Series Clutches are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service for a period not exceeding 30 days on all organic singles disc clutches, 90 days on Hydraulics, 6 months or 6,000 miles on all performance single disc clutches and 12 months 12,000 miles on street dual disc clutches whichever occurs first from the original date of purchase.

    The 2000 Ford F250 7.3L should have a ZF6 transmission.
