Built to Perform
You count on your truck to handle whatever you need it to do. With MBRP you can make that happen with the horsepower, torque and lower EGTs that only a wide open, free flowing performance exhaust system can provide. More pulling power, improved throttle response, greater fuel efficiency, with an MBRP diesel performance exhaust you will be amazed at what your truck can do.

Minimize Backpressure
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. Thanks to MBRP muffler delete, the fully mandrel bent tubing and minimal bend degree angles, your MBRP performance system gets exhaust out fast. Drop exhaust gas temperature by up to 200°F and set the stage for all the performance you want. An MBRP performance exhaust system is the starting point to getting the most from cold air intakes, programmers, modules and downloaders.

Easy Installation
MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installation a no hassle one and a half to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of truck you have.

Sound & Style
Performance is one thing but at MBRP we believe that appearance and sound are just as important. Every MBRP performance exhaust system has been specifically tuned to get the optimal sound from your pickup. With our stamped logo on the tip and our unmistakable styling, there's no question that you have the hottest performance exhaust on the road - MBRP.

  • 02 2500 vp44looking to add a 5” turbo back no muffler system to my truck. i do not want to accept the restriction of a 4” down tube out of the stock turbo. what options are there for getting a 5” down tube out of the turbo? even if i need to change or adapt the turbo, i’m open to considering any options to keep from having to restrict flow so i get all the good out of a 5” system. not looking to push 600hp+, just need a good, cool running systemthanks

    Ra Phipps | 8/23/2022

This kit has a 4” down pipe. We do carry a 5” down pipe or an exhaust kit with a 5” downpipe.

  • How long is this kit. Does the tip come out behind The axle?

    Owen Elmore | 7/28/2022

This kit is designed for all cab and bed configurations. Yes, it will follow the factory hangers.

  • Can you ship this to Maine or not? And if not maybe actually add a list of states that it won't ship to.

    Jacob Thomas Rowe | 4/28/2022

    Yes

  • Will this downpipe fit a hy35 or hx35?

    Ryan Thompson | 8/19/2022

    Yes

  • I have a 2000 F-350 dually C&C long wheel base.I see the disclaimer on everything that things don't fit a c&c even things that have no bearing on frame width. Is that really the case here, or not?

    Bruce McCoy | 2/3/2024

Yes, the C&C requires different length and bends, than a pick up.

  • Will this fit the 08 Silverado 3500 HD with crew cab 8ft bed

    Daniel | 1/4/2022

Yes,  the kits for the 08 trucks fit all cab and bed configurations.

  • What exhaust tip is included with MBRP systems that include a tip?

    Tim Hoover | 5/22/2019

MBRP 4" Pro Series diesel systems come complete with dual walled angle tips. For the "Cool Duals" they are the angled T5053 and the single has a straight cut T5049. The XP and Installer Series have our T5051 angled rolled end tips. MBRP  Performance Gas, Muscle car and Jeep exhaust have a variety of tip designs to suit the style and application. In all cases the tips are mirror polished T-304 stainless steel save for our Black series systems which have a coated black tip. MBRP 5" diesel, Performance series and PLM systems do not have a tip included nor do systems with a turn down tail.

  • Will a dual exhaust fit around my hitch?

    Chris Roark | 5/22/2019

All MBRP diesel exhaust systems will fit with factory installed trailer hitches as well as most aftermarket bolt on hitches. You may run into interference problems if you have a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch installed. In that case we recommend installing a single system.

  • Will these MBRP exhaust fit my Dually truck?

    Earl Wilcox | 5/22/2019

All MBRP exhaust systems will fit dual rear wheel (dually) trucks. We do recommend that tips be installed to extend the exhaust and avoid any discoloration of your vehicle.

  • Will I have to weld any components to install an MBRP exhaust system?

    Colt Dyer | 5/22/2019

No - MBRP exhaust systems do not require any welding. In fact, MBRP exhaust systems can be installed using common hand tools.

  • Is there a difference in performance between duals and single exhaust systems?

    Erick Baily | 5/22/2019

The performance gains are the same for duals and single systems. The duals offer a deeper more aggressive sound over the single system. This is due to the extra tail pipe and the fact that most dual systems have a slightly different muffler configuration than the single systems.

  • WHAT IMPROVEMENTS CAN I EXPECT IN TORQUE, HP AND TEMPS?

    Donald Daily | 5/22/2019

While performance gains vary depending on the vehicle you can expect a gain of 5% to 10% in horsepower and torque. For example, with a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with a Duramax diesel engine you will see a gain of 18 HP. and 28 ft/lbs measured at the rear wheels. You can also expect a reduction in exhaust gas temperature (EGT) by approx 200° F.

  • Will this product fit an 01 excursion?

    Chris | 5/1/2019

They do not make the NO MUFFLER exhaust for the Excursions.  Correct part number for a 01 excursion will be a C6204AL for aluminized and S6204409 for Stainless, then you could couple that with a muffler delete pipe.
