The Best Systems Start With the Best Materials
MBRP's XP Series gas performance exhaust systems have proven their ability to stand up to the toughest conditions - on and off the road. The rugged nature of an XP Series performance exhaust is no accident. Thick sixteen gauge T409 stainless steel tubing won't rust through. Solid, reinforced welds at vital stress points make certain that your system stays secure. After millions of miles logged by tens of thousands of MBRP customers we back this system with a Lifetime Warranty.

Built to Perform
These days we expect our vehicles to provide reliable, comfortable and efficient transportation. Your MBRP performance exhaust system is designed to make sure that happens without fail. Its ability to accelerate the removal of hot, contaminated exhaust gases means that you have a cooler better running engine. You get more torque, more horsepower, improved fuel mileage and a reduced risk of pre-mature breakdown or lubricant deterioration.

The Premium Difference
In an industry with its share of "commodity" exhaust products MBRP stands apart as a manufacturer of truly quality performance exhaust systems. You can see that in the way your system is packaged, the thought that goes into the design of every component, the consistent quality of the overall product and of course, the sound. The premium difference does not end there. Through our in house customer service team as well as the professionals who distribute and install our products you can count on your MBRP experience to be an enjoyable one.

MBRP systems are as much fun to install as to drive with on your truck. Bolt-on, no weld design makes installing this on your truck a no hassle one to two hour project. Everything is direct fit to the OEM hangers and you get all the clamps and parts you will need, all in one box, no matter what configuration of vehicle you have.

Reviews

  • Do your kits come with clamps and hangers

    Rob Battisti | 12/20/2020

Exhaust kits will come with clamps and hangers.

  • What exhaust tip is included with MBRP systems that include a tip?

    Tim Hoover | 5/22/2019

MBRP 4" Pro Series diesel systems come complete with dual walled angle tips. For the "Cool Duals" they are the angled T5053 and the single has a straight cut T5049. The XP and Installer Series have our T5051 angled rolled end tips. MBRP  Performance Gas, Muscle car and Jeep exhaust have a variety of tip designs to suit the style and application. In all cases the tips are mirror polished T-304 stainless steel save for our Black series systems which have a coated black tip. MBRP 5" diesel, Performance series and PLM systems do not have a tip included nor do systems with a turn down tail.

  • Will a dual exhaust fit around my hitch?

    Chris Roark | 5/22/2019

All MBRP diesel exhaust systems will fit with factory installed trailer hitches as well as most aftermarket bolt on hitches. You may run into interference problems if you have a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch installed. In that case we recommend installing a single system.

  • Will these MBRP exhaust fit my Dually truck?

    Earl Wilcox | 5/22/2019

All MBRP exhaust systems will fit dual rear wheel (dually) trucks. We do recommend that tips be installed to extend the exhaust and avoid any discoloration of your vehicle.

  • Will I have to weld any components to install an MBRP exhaust system?

    Colt Dyer | 5/22/2019

No - MBRP exhaust systems do not require any welding. In fact, MBRP exhaust systems can be installed using common hand tools.

  • Is there a difference in performance between duals and single exhaust systems?

    Erick Baily | 5/22/2019

The performance gains are the same for duals and single systems. The duals offer a deeper more aggressive sound over the single system. This is due to the extra tail pipe and the fact that most dual systems have a slightly different muffler configuration than the single systems.

  • WHAT IMPROVEMENTS CAN I EXPECT IN TORQUE, HP AND TEMPS?

    Donald Daily | 5/22/2019

While performance gains vary depending on the vehicle you can expect a gain of 5% to 10% in horsepower and torque. For example, with a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with a Duramax diesel engine you will see a gain of 18 HP. and 28 ft/lbs measured at the rear wheels. You can also expect a reduction in exhaust gas temperature (EGT) by approx 200° F.

  • What is the difference between T304 and T409 Stainless?

    Tyler Fisher | 5/22/2019

T304 stainless steel will not oxidize or rust, it can however develop a golden color when exposed to high heat over time. T409 stainless steel has a fair amount of ferrous material in it and can show surface rust after some time, especially when exposed to road salt. This can be prevented by applying a stainless steel cleanser using a scouring pad. If you are concerned about long-term appearance, you should get the T304 system. If you are more concerned about the price, but want something that is more durable than aluminized steel, then the T409 system would be the system of choice.
