Garrett Turbo Pedestal and Free Flow Kit with Install Kit for Early 1999 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke diesels. The Garrett high flow outlet eliminates the factory EBV, increasing airflow and reducing EGT's by up to 100 degrees. The Turbo spool up is also greatly improved.
