Bostech BTS011219 Barometric Pressure Sensor is a direct-fit replacement for the failed sensor on your 2001-2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7. Also known as the barometric air pressure sensor (BAP), this sensor is responsible for measuring the atmospheric pressure of the environment the vehicle is driving in. The air pressure reading is used by the PCM to adjust the fuel supply. Symptoms of a faulty barometric pressure sensor can include a check engine light and a decrease in power and performance. Restore your diesel engine to its original performance, with a Bostech barometric pressure sensor. This sensor is a direct fit replacement and meets or exceeds the OE specifications.
