One pair of wheel spacers.  Includes lug nuts to attach spacer to truck. These work on lug centric applications only. 

May need to trim stock studs if they protrude past the spacer!

Spacers MUST be retorqued after 500 miles!!

Will only work on single rear wheel applications.
